All software on the console is open source and games are provided free with the intent of providing back-up copies of software that is already owned and that are no longer in production. Movaan does not charge for any software and the prices are for the hardware build and software configurations.

How long does shipping take?
Free shipping within the United States takes around 5-8 days depending on your location. All products are shipped from Belmont, California.
International shipping time varies depending on the shipping method you choose.
The shipping time does not include processing time for the GameTower which is around 2-5 days but could be longer during holidays.
What is your return and warranty polices?
All products on Movaan Store has a 30-day return window. A full refund will be issued to the customer once the item has been returned. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost when returning the item. To start the return process, please contact support through email (support@movaanstore.com) or chat.
All Movaan products have a 90-day limited warranty. If there are any issues with your order, please contact support for assistance.
Can I add and remove games?
Yes you can add and remove games from the GameTower. Instructions to delete and add games are included in the instruction manual.
Please note that not all games are supported and certain games might require additional configuration for the games to run properly.
Can I use my own controller?
Yes you can use most USB, Bluetooth, or 2.4ghz controllers. If the controller is compatible with Windows or Android, there's a good chance it will work with the GameTower. The GameTower has 4 front USB ports to plug in controllers. The max number of Bluetooth controllers that can be connected to the GameTower is eight.
You will need to configure your controller on the game dashboard to work with most of the systems. Wii and GameCube requires additional configuring when using your own controller.
It's recommended to use GameTower controllers, as they are completely plug-n-play and require no configuring.
Is the GameTower plug and play?
The GameTower is a TRUE plug and play system. This means you will just need to plug the console into your tv, turn it on and start playing immediately. There will be no issues with a game not working or the controller not set up properly - that is truly plug n play!
