Q1. How long does shipping take?
For both U.S and International orders, shipping times are 1-5 days depending on the shipping service used. Movaan Store ships using USPS for U.S orders and UPS for international orders. All orders are shipped out from our office in Belmont, California.

Q2. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders take 2-3 business day days to process (Monday - Friday). Orders received after 1pm will be processed the next business day.
Q3. What is your return policy?
All products have a 30-day return window.

Q4. What if there is an issue with my console after the 30-day return period?
All Movaan Store items have a 1-year warranty that covers parts and labor for defective items.

Q5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped. You will receive an email with a tracking link that you can click on to track your order. If you do not see that email, please email Support: support@movaanstore.com.
Q6. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact Support right away. If the order has not yet been processed, then we may be able to cancel the order.
If you need to change your order, you would need to cancel the order first, then place another order.
Q7. Will I be charged custom duties or taxes?
For international orders, the prices on Movaan Store do not included import taxes or custom duties. You may need to pay import taxes or custom duties once your order has reached customs or at the time your package is delivered to you. For more information on fees, please contact our Support team for assistance or your local customs.
Q8: What payment types do Movaan Store accept.
Movaan Store accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Shop Pay financing is also available to qualifying customers at checkout.
