Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you can return the item to receive a full refund if the following are met:

  • If it is within 30 days from the day the package was delivered to you.
  • The item is in the original condition.

The return shipping cost will be at your expense, and we will send you a return label that you can use to return the item.  We will notify you once we’ve received the return, and you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount minus the cost of return shipping on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Defective Items

If you suspect that your item is defective, please contact support to have the item replaced or to get a full refund within 30 days of the delivered date. We will send you a return label that you can use to return the item. Once we’ve received the item, we can send you a new replacement or refund the full amount to your original payment method, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
